David St Martin
(affectionately known as Saint) 

Saint lives in Essex, UK, although his vast network enables him to have a global reach. He has extensive experience working with global companies helping them hire the right talent for their businesses. 

Set up in 2015 Saint has combined his 20+ years executive recruitment and thought leadership experience to add value to the industry by setting up Bailey Jude and has had 20+ years perfecting the game to provide both candidates and clients with the perfect role and candidate for their next steps.

Saint has a broad cross-disciplinary focus, along with his consultants who pride themselves on complete professionalism and expertise.

 
 

Saint’s North Star is making a true difference in the lives of young people and the community at large. He runs an alternative education learning academy for young people in care & not currently in education or training. His team do this through a holistic and skills-based curriculum.

Away from work, he does his best to keep active with the family chocolate Labrador and young son, they both help with that being on daily walks and runs with the family. He has a “increase your day in 1% increments” mentality to really amplify your life.
