SERIOUSLY…… GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK

Before this pandemic, I believe most of us felt like the world we were living in was flying by far too quickly (I’m sure it wasn’t just me 😁). The rate of technological change was accelerating in a way that made me feel that I was never able to catch up.

Do you ever feel the need to pause?

I define a pause as a conscious shift in thoughts & behaviours that allows me the space to experience a mental change in attitude, thoughts, or emotions that otherwise wouldn’t have happened.
